Health, Safety & Shared Respect at Embody Saunas
At Embody Saunas, your well-being is central to everything we do. Our health and safety guidelines are here to support a positive, relaxing, and respectful environment for everyone. By following a few simple practices, we can create a shared space where all feel safe, welcome, and cared for.
Key Guidelines:
Participation Suitability: To ensure safety, our sauna may not be suitable for pregnant people or those with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or other significant health concerns. If you’re unsure, please check with your healthcare provider before attending.
Respecting the Space & Each Other: Embody Saunas is a shared community space. We ask all guests to bring a spirit of care and respect — for one another, for the space, and for the shared experience. Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere is a responsibility we all hold together.
Age Restrictions: All participants must be 18 years or older unless prior arrangements have been made with Embody Saunas.
Jewelry Warning: For your comfort and safety, please remove all metal jewelry before entering the sauna, as it can heat up and potentially cause burns.
Stay in Communication: If at any point you feel faint, dizzy, or unwell, please let your host know straight away. We’re here to help and ensure your comfort.
By being mindful of these guidelines, we help cultivate not just safety, but connection, ease, and enjoyment for everyone involved.
“Sauna is a sanctuary where nature, heat, and mindfulness meet”
