BOOK YOUR SESSION

However you like to sauna, you have one full hour to sweat, chill and rejuvenate. Whether you like to do short rounds with ocean dips in between, or longer rounds with a pause to take in the view, we look forward to making the sauna experience enjoyable for you!
Age Restrictions: Participants must be 18+ years or older unless prior arrangements have been made with Embody Saunas.

CURRENT SESSIONS:

Wednesday (Starting 8th Oct): 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Saturday: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Sunday: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm

WHAT TO BRING

- Togs
- Towels x2 - You will need one to sit on and another one to dry yourself off after the session
- Water bottle(adding a pinch of salt can help with hydration)

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session to make the most out of your hour.

How to book Memberships / 5 & 10 trips

At Embody Saunas, we offer 5 and 10-trip passes for our regulars — a great way to save and make your sauna sessions smoother. To help you get set up easily, here’s a quick guide to purchasing and using your Memberships / 5 & 10 trip pass through our booking system (Fresha):

Option 1 – The Easiest Way

Head to our Fresha page
Click on “Buy” on the pop down menu at the top on the screen
Click “Buy” next to Memberships
Follow the steps to complete your purchase
Once you’ve purchased your pass, your next bookings will automatically use one of your pre-paid sessions

Option 2 - Through the service page

Go to our Fresha booking page
Click on “Book” for either the 5-Trip Sauna or 10-Trip Sauna service
You’ll be taken to a booking screen
Important: Look for the purple banner under the trip pass name and click it to process the payment correctly
- If you skip this step, the system may try to book a single session instead
Once you’ve purchased your pass, your next bookings will automatically use one of your pre-paid sessions
